I live out of state but have family residing in St. Cloud so I had been using this florist for over 5yrs for all special occasions. In recently calling to place an order I was told that they’d recommend me using another florist because there was a problem with a previous order. Omg!!! My dad passed last week Friday, and my daughter from out of town wanted to send her grandma (my mom) a sympathy arrangement. After a hold, A employee comes to the phone and tells her they had a previous complaint on an order and had to issue a refund so they would rather not take the order and advised her to call another florist. She has always sent me flowers from there on my birthday for the last 7 years! Im stunned! So happy with my order! This boquet was for a co-workers birthday. The only details given were price point, color scheme, and an allergy to lilies. Could not have been happier with the result. Everyone was commenting on how beautiful the arrangement was. Thank you so much!
the team at this florist is just incredible.. i ordered flowers to be sent to the hospital for a relative of mine and prior to her receiving them, she had been admitted to the i.c.u., which doesn't allow flowers. they promptly called me and ask that i inform them of her being discharged or going back into a hospital room. they redelivered them at no extra cost and were just so accomodating.. cannot thank them enough.. so much better than going through ftd. support local businesses, please
