This one star is just one aspect of admin, not the entire practice. I showed at 8:15 for a blood draw. The receptionist seemed to have contempt I didn’t know where and how to sign in, and informed me there would be an hour wait - outside in my car in July. I found a shady spot to sit outside, and within 5 minutes I received a text they were ready. When I asked the lab tech why people had to wait outside and it was only a 5-minute wait instead of the hour I’d been told, she said it’s normally busy, and maybe admin didn’t know... read more
