It is absolutely appalling that the ER can send someone home with multiple signs of systemic inflammation infection, and an AKI with nithing but bare basic bloodwork. Incomplete blood cultures, incomplete inflammatory workup, no imaging of kidneys. No prophylaxis, no follow up instructions, not even a consult sent to internal medicine or nephrology. Horrible. I'd rather be stabbed than go there for simple IV FLUIDS AGAIN ! I screamed and blacked out in pain for hours and screaming for fluids because I lost all my water in my body from spit. They made me wait until my stomach acid was black. I still can't move my hand from the iv they put in. They are the worst staff. I've ever. Seen. Yes, and I've been to the Waterford before. It wasn't even that bad there compared to that. I'm now scared of medical services more than I already was! Thanks! You are all horrible people.
Can't book blood collection appointment today on April 28 (Tuesday) online or through a phone call. No callback system. Switchboard is also not aware of the reason. It making really challenging to file taxes year by year. Public systems are not there when you actually need them.
