Wife had surgery this morning had to wait 2 hours and she was very nervous and as her spouse I was not able to be there with her. Yet other spouses were. Won’t be going back here.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE TERRIBLE STAFF HORRIBLE SERVICE
I wanted everybody to be aware that one of the techs, Lia Felizardo, traveled outside of WA state to NV for a week. She visited several places and visited with people in their homes with others not living in her household. I'm sure she didn't quarantine herself. She works in radiology. My daughter is a friend of hers and was concerned as an I. One of the worst hospital to go to when you are sick.
I forgot to post this on Tuesday. *lt was a long day* This is Robert my RN at St. Clare Specialty Center. I had my 1st blood transfusion there. He and the staff were amazing! He made sure l was taken care of from the time I got there till he helped me to our truck. Robert and Robert did a air fist bump and Rob thanked him for taking care of me. these nurses were mean. not caring at all. they need to learn to put aside their anger. I understand the toll it takes but and I appreciate the job but can't they put aside their fustration. one nurse acted caring only one nurse thank God for her she made me feel better. everyone else made me feel terrible. like I was some kinda trash to them
I was recently admitted to the hospital for several days. I thank the nurses and my Doctor for being so kind and compassionate.
