Wife had surgery this morning had to wait 2 hours and she was very nervous and as her spouse I was not able to be there with her. Yet other spouses were. Won’t be going back here.

I forgot to post this on Tuesday. *lt was a long day* This is Robert my RN at St. Clare Specialty Center. I had my 1st blood transfusion there. He and the staff were amazing! He made sure l was taken care of from the time I got there till he helped me to our truck. Robert and Robert did a air fist bump and Rob thanked him for taking care of me. Please thank all the essential people that are here to help us selflessly! Tip you UberEats *whatever delivery service* smile and ask people how their day is going. They are stressed beyond belief right now. Okay! Y’all be safe...wash your hands...be kind! ❤️✌🏽

In regards to the lab clinic, I have never had such a great experience. I love the scan card check in. The gentleman manning the front desk was so friendly. There was little in the way of waiting. I was in and out in 20 minutes and 5 of that was me being lost. The woman who took my blood was so sweet when I confessed I forgot to dress for easy access to my veins being as I threw on a hoodie and nothing else in my hurry and she was so sweet about it and accommodating. She turned the blinds and closed the door for me. Quick stick and done. Two thumbs up for St Claire’s lab techs!

waited almost half the day in the ER just to be called, after everything, I was released from there with the IV still stuck in my arm. I didn't realize it was there until I got home, tried to move my arm then felt a sharp pain and looked at my arm. I didn't notice it upon release due to being so drowsy from pain medicine. Been there 2x for the same thing and they still haven't given me any resolve for my knee injury, suggestions for surgery or referral for another doctor.
