As I've seen with others , it made leary to apply, 35 dollar ap fee is a lot when you are on Disability, as I have paid half that to apply at other woda properties , so far that's over $70 and that's before they charge extra on each application fees etc. I've called quite a few times just to make sure they received the application since another woda manager told me they go to the spam folder thru the online mail. This agency accepted my rental application fee and did not contact me back for three weeks. I have still not heard back from the agency. Any business that will take your money and not provide a single drop of costumer service is very likely a scam. Their voicemail box is consistently full and no one ever answers their phone. Beware of potential scamming!!
