So far we have only been to St. Claire for orthopedics and pain management but our care has been excellent from start to finish. The checkin experience is streamlined with human beings who actually greet you upon arrival and plenty of signage to tell you you are in the right place. Very clean and updated system. Our wait for services has never been more that 15 minutes. The CSRs, nurses and docs have all been excellent. We are very happy with our interactions with St Claire so far. Ty
Great, helpful, and kind.
I have been trying to have several surgeries for over a year, but since I can't do their deep nasal swab because my nose has been cauterised. I haven't found one doctor who can help me get any of my surgeries done. If you have severe PTSD or another medical condition and you can't do the nasal swabs you're better off to just go to the University of Kentucky instead of this hospital, they offer saliva testing so those of us that can't do the deep nasal swabs can actually get the medical help we need.
