My elderly mother-in-law had hip replacement and unfortunately was assigned home PT with St Claire. She had 5 visits and they were basically useless until the last one when I told them I had called the surgeon to complain about their lack of help. At this visit they actually did exercises with her! Sad I had to complain to get adequate care! They spent no more than 30 minutes with her most visits and spent more time taking vitals then working with her. I had a wonderful experience with St. Claire Home Health. I had a hip replacement and this was my first experience with home health. I must say that I now have a better understanding of in home care and know the value of this service. LeAnn and Roxanne were both great. They communicated with me about my care, expectations, progress, and appointments. I'm not sure how I would have managed without them! My daughter receives services. St. Claire is responsive and professional and keep an open communication and the care is reliable and they really do care about their patients. We love our nurse. She’s so knowledgeable and professional and listens to all of my concerns and questions and we love the game plan that she comes up with along with my daughter’s doctor.
