I had a phone call appointment at 11 am today. Just a standard med refill appointment that would legitimately take maybe 2 minutes. It’s currently 11:41 am and I’ve called back 3 times and they said they “cannot reach” the doctor, have no idea when I’ll be seen, and the only thing they can tell me is “they’re running behind”. Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve waited over 6 times the amount of time it would take to finish my appointment. This is why people won’t go to the doctor in this area. If I could give the family medicine office a zero I would. Baleigh Logan was nothing short of unprofessional and dismissive. If you care about your health I wouldn’t suggest going here.
I would like to thank Cathy Clay and Dr. Jacob Sifers....these two worked together yesterday to go above and beyond to help me in ways they didn't have to. They listened to my problems and then fixed the issues I had going on. If there were more doctors/counselors like these two people health care would be so much better.
