Dr. Lawton and his staff have been a wonderful addition to our community. The staff gave my husband an appointment due to rescheduling of another patient. Dr. Lawton, upon doing the exam, discovered a lesion in his right mandible which turned out to be squamous cancer, stage 4. He contacted the Markey Cancer Treatment Clinc and got an immediate appointment. While the cancer was diagnosed and treated,, my husband passed. Dr. Lawton took great care of my mom, and we could not be more grateful. From the moment she arrived, he was kind, compassionate, and reassuring. He told her she would walk out with a smile, and he was absolutely right—she sure did. Dr. Lawton went above and beyond to make sure she was well taken care of and comfortable throughout her visit. Had to have 2 dreaded extractions done. They were very kind and professional towards me! I’m so scared of the dentist but they reassured me through the whole process! Would recommend!
I love this office. Everytime I go in, it doesn't matter who I see, they are kind and efficient. No shaming, no judgement (like other dentists in Morehead...), just empathy and professionalism. However, I came here to rant and rave on Dr. Haden Lawton and his assistant Brittany Braden.
