I would like to thank Cathy Clay and Dr. Jacob Sifers....these two worked together yesterday to go above and beyond to help me in ways they didn't have to. They listened to my problems and then fixed the issues I had going on. If there were more doctors/counselors like these two people health care would be so much better. My boyfriend has had the worst experience ever with this place. Do not see a therapist here especially telehealth you’ll be lucky if they show up or even send a zoom link or they’ll call and cancel the day of this seems to happen almost every time he has an appointment and it is so ridiculous i’m mad for him.
I’m so confused why there’s so many bad reviews! I attended my first session here last Friday. I called Friday morning and walked into my first appointment at 2 that afternoon. So scheduling wasn’t a problem for me. I saw Shelby on Friday, and started Therapy with Romeo today. Romeo was especially great because even though it was my first experience with a male therapist, I felt heard and understood, even as a young woman.
