The staff is very nice and understanding. Dr. Fennell is the best psychiatrist in town and goes above and beyond for his patients.

St. Claire Counseling is the worst of the options in the Morehead, KY area. If you are looking for poorly educated, distracted therapists and a "prescriber" that is mean, demeaning, short-tempered, unprepared and unprofessional("Dr" C.) then you are at the right place. My experience there was a huge waste of time and most importantly money. The lack of empathy necessary to help folks in distress is apparent and in-your-face.
