This is what you have to deal with living here. This is 2704 Cour Regis that they are currently selling for $15,000 or renting for $800 a month plus water. They will raise your rent every year your there by $50 and your water is $60 to $70 for only one person. They are stealing my security deposit of $750 and saying I still owe them money. Luckily I haven't died from all the black mold. Please protect your family from this mobile park. p.s the landlord changes at least once to twice a year you can ask anyone that lives there... read more
