A once trustworthy practice that has shot itself in the proverbial foot by driving out their reliable staff. I am a long-time patient of one of the former GPs that worked here, and it was nothing short of shocking to hear that they had left the practice. The receptionists have been at the practice for as long as I can remember.

I have been attending this practice since it was in a house, many, many years ago. I will never return. The decent doctors have all left (abruptly and suddenly) as have the reception staff who have been there before my children were even born. No communication to the regular patients who have a long history and who have built up deep trust with the doctors who have now left. Absolutely disgusted by this GP practice. Charging people for the first consultation is not only disappointing — it's shameless. It clearly shows how money-minded they are, putting profit before patient care. At a time when people are most vulnerable and in need of help, this practice chooses to treat healthcare like a business opportunity. It’s disgraceful, unethical, and completely out of touch with what a medical service should stand for. Avoid this place if you value compassion and basic human decency in healthcare.
