Devastated at what used to be such an amazing practice, the staff (Sue and Colleen) were the face of the practice and built up genuine professional relationships with the patients. They knew everyone by name and always made you feel welcome and important. This was one of the best medical practices around. Now, if you are not Indian they won’t see you. Elenor is the rudest receptionist I’ve encountered. Dr Wadhera was the most respected Dr and now they have run the practice into the ground. Extremely disappointed in how this practice has gone way down hill.
I called the receptionist, that can i come a bit later for my appointment, i’m stuck at work, she said you’ll lose your spot, doctor is running on time. Now i’m waiting for the past 55 minutes.
