My son had swabs done there 4+ weeks ago. Called to chase the results as I’ve had no communication from them AT ALL. The receptionist was no help, telling me I have to come in before lunch time on either a Monday or Wednesday to get results. These times are not suitable. She would not allow a phone consult or any other options. She will not allow me access to my own son’s medical records!! AVOID COMPLETELY THEY ARE CASHING IN ON GOVERNMENT INCENTIVES WITHOUT ANY MOTIVATION TO ACTUALLY ASSIST OR HELP PATIENTS.
Been going here for over 20 years and Now its sold out and GONE to Crap no General Practicing anymore Rubbish Sale of a God Business.
