Doctor and NP were friendly, but nothing but issues since choosing this provider. I’ve dealt with billing issues, specifically they keep billing Highmark WV instead of Highmark PA. Highmark PA pinpointed the issue and contacted them. I’ve also called the office and their billing office, and no movement on the payment issue. I’ve also had prescription issues. I had to pay out of pocket once for my first script. I soon found out I was allergic, and obtaining the new script has been a nightmare.
