This office has to be the worst specialist office I’ve been to. Ever. Dr Evron is great. Lillian the P.A. Is great. The problem you have to deal with the office staff to get to them. Rude, snappy, and just plain old mean. They offer no help to understand situations. They are the definition of “Not my Job!”. It’s really unfortunate because the doctors there are great. I gave two stars instead of one because how good the Dr is.
the office staff is the worst to deal with IF your lucky enough they answer the phone. I left 4 messages and never got a call back for any of them. I've been waiting over 2 months to get a medication approved and there has been absolutely no progress with it. Staff is rude and incapable of doing their job. I am now looking for a new endo.
The clinic staff is super friendly and I would love to give them 5 stars, however after finally being told there is something wrong and a bunch of tests being ordered I was told "there is no need for a follow up appointment at this time." I felt so dismissed and felt like my health is not important. She could have said we will wait for all the results to come back and schedule a follow-up then to review and decide next steps.
The absolute worst patient experience ever. Calls/messages are never returned. Staff is non-existent. Will never go there again and will be happy to share my terrible experiences with everyone I meet. This is not how Heathcare should be provided. I would be embarrassed if I worked there. I do not know how they even have patients. I you are one, please find a better provider because you deserve one!
Dr Evron is excellent doctor. The staff, nurses and everyone that works here around him is worse i have ever dealt with. They are all trying to be ,,doctors, instead of him. I couldn't get any answer or help from any of them. I tried to call or get any contact with no success. It's not surprising that they always send you ,,survey,, after visit. Instead they should hire competent staff in that office. St Clair has gone so bad with staff. I have no choice but to look either UPMC or Allegheny Healt network
