RecommendedI love st Clair nothing but good care. Good doctors
Worst billing department ever. They do nothing but lie and are not timely on billing. When I called for help they told me I was lying because I paid “on the fourth bill” except my bills never said second notice or delinquent ...nothing. I have never been so unsatisfied with a hospital or billing in my entire life. Do not trust this hospital they will treat you like you are lying and then charge you more for it. I’ll die before I ever go here again.

RecommendedHospitals are not fun places to be but the staff and volunteers try their best to keep you comfortable and keep your family member informed. Been here many times over 50+ years Would rather st Clair over other local hospitals.

they treated me ok the first time but when I still had pain and had to go back 2 more times they treated me like a junkie. they let me sit in pain for 9hr without any meds and very few visits. when they scoped my stomach they put tears in it which I ended up going to Jefferson to repair. in all dont need them more than once because your considered a druggie.
RecommendedI went in and was placed in the CVSU and everyone there was excellent and really made you feel like a human being.. I was diagnosed Diabetic and was moved to the 5th floor diabetic unit. Nothing but great nurses and doctors there as well! My local hospital said I had a "bug" and sent me home. This hospital and staff really know what they're doing!

Baby was born on 2/15/20 early had too stay in nicu they have nesting rooms where they let parents stay while their baby is in the nicu and they give you 3 meals a day and have nurses in the nicu that take care of your baby and you can go in the intensive care nursery/nicu as much as you want but the baby can’t leave the room they take decent care of your baby but for some reason my baby got a diaper rash and bruise on her head and some of the nurses are rude it’s a nice hospital it just depends on who your dealing with it’s... read more
