We have waited over a month to get xray results on my husband's shoulder. Absolutely no excuse to have to wait o er a month for results! Everyone blames someone else and in the mean time, no one is able to read the xrays!!!! Please do way better!!!!!!!!
Two week wait for an MRI test. Was told it now is taking 3 weeks for a human to read the image for them. Unacceptable unacceptable unacceptable ! Outsource them St Clair. People, like myself, are suffering and in pain while your business is not taking care of its patients needs. Radiology employee shortages does not stack up as a valid reason everyone is being told that there’s nothing they can do! I had spine X-rays done on July 12. It's now August 3rd and they still haven't been read and sent to my attending. This is absolutely unacceptable, and delaying the care I need. I've called multiple times and the response I get is it take 2 weeks to 3 weeks to get the results, because there is a SHORTAGE of radiologists. St Clair do better.
I had no problem scheduling my MRI. Got to the appointment and they were very welcoming. It is cold in there but the woman gave me a couple of warm blankets. My scan was easy!!
I take back the good review I gave on their survey…still waiting for a radiologist to read my xrays 21/2 days later…very slow turn around. May be walking around on a broken foot all this time.
