1 star for the lady that answers the phone, she's horrible and ill mannered, call for a prescription refill and tried telling me I cant after they'll already did my last one. On the other hand 5 stars for Jackie she is the most caring, compassionate person in the medical field I've ever co.e across, attentive Listens to your concerns and never feel rushed when needing answers, but that receptionist, even when I go in I ask to speak with so.eone else her English is very bad too.

Everyone here is amazing. Yes the wait times to get into the office are longer than I expected however i understand given the dynamics of our health care system currently. Should you need to be seen quicker, they provide alternatives. (Amazing) The level of care from Doctor Vouriot is nothing short than excellent and his wife is supportive as well. I am so glad my husband and I have found him. Now we know our lives are in the best care around.
I like this doctors office.. but they quite literally never answer the phone. I'm currently trying to make an appointment for my daughter but I've been on hold and have been for a half hour. I go on hold, rings every few minutes and back on hold. I've really never seen anything like this to be honest.
