They refuse to answer the phone. It's frustrating when you need to see your doctor and they won't answer to book you in
If i could give 1 star i would!! For 3 years I been on file to speak on behalf of someone as they suffer with some mental health issues. The person I call for had appointment for two issues one of those issue was their meds had run out and these meds are to make sure they don’t get sick. So I call and the person on the phone wouldn’t let me talk and I have a witness to whole phone call I never raised my voice only thing I stated was “ are you going to let me talk”. I love my doctor! BUT expect to be on hold for 3 hours after having to call 3 times through the week just to sit on hold and get no where; just to get a prescription refilled. Impossible to talk to a human, ridiculous.
This is the second time I have had to call the office for referrals and both times they said they sent it but, when I call the place they just received it after I call Dr Austin,'s office that day not when Austin's off was supposed to.
