My visit is always a great visit. The staff shows great customer service and they really take great care of us.
I usually have good service here but they reduced the hours of the lab to only one Tuesday and Thursday, and I had an hour+ wait to get blood drawn.
They never answer the phone, they're extremely rude to 80 year old veterans who have had cancer five times who sometimes don't understand all the technical aspects of the modern world but these people can't be bothered. It's an embarrassment to see veterans who were drafted and injured fighting for their country treated like this
Everyone is very polite
I have been gioing here for the past 3 years and have never had a problem. If people complain about this clinic, it's more likely operator error..
