I originally thought that the flyer was good to use but I have a very different opinion now. I ordered a ride today, I happened to be directly behind the driver M****, as we were on Carlyle. I was excited because I thought I could get a quick ride to the library downtown, but to my dismay he drove past my street and cancelled my ride. The app said there were no drivers available. We love using the Belleville Flyer! I’m just sad that it doesn’t go to Shiloh or Fairview Heights. The school kids love it during summer time because they can get around for an affordable rate. It’s clean, the drivers are friendly and they care about the riders! Keep it up!
