The lady working in licensing for Star ID and driver test was awful. Worst attitude, rude. Ashville should be embarrassed to have her representing the city
I am 15 years old here to take my permit test, its 59° out here and I have been standing out for over an hour (6:43-7:53) and I have school and this is just a big waste of time for me.
The woman in the office is rude and very unprofessional, acts like she dont even want to help us or do her job if I could give negative zero stars I would. Won't be back!
Terrible service, thay have no phone ,only open one day a week, women in charge was extremely rude and disrespectful. seemed to try to shut you down every way possible. Complete waste of time and money.
What is the point of this office if no one ever answers any day any time. Says “open” on google search but no one answers. How annoying and unprofessional. I have been trying to get in contact with someone for the past 3 weeks.
