Lady who Answered the phone on line 3 who very rude! I'm not going to you exactly why I need to see a doctor. That's my business. And she kept talking over me right as I am Answering her. Just rude and dismissive to me
Hoping to get a good grade since I'm from Al., and that we're not a bunch of uneducated rednecks. So watching L.I.A. video now law enforcement did great its not looking to good for the employees at the Health Dept. Just need a little training on how to treat the public and not violate their rights.
