I had a phone interview set up but no one called. Then I received a snail mail saying, "I missed the call/appointment."
Their helpline doesn't help people and it's all automated. No wonder people can't get help with systems like this.
I went in today. It was my 1st experience ever with DHHS. I was greeted by a rep named Tiffany M. I was blown away by how poorly we were treated. She was very short with the person in front of me, myself and the person behind me. So it’s not just me. Tiffany M asked me to provide my SS# to try and look up my account. She was no help what so ever. It is what it is and I was ok with it. However once I asked Tiffany M for my SS# back she literally threw it at me completely unprovoked.
