If I could give it a 0 I would. I've never been to a more dis organized facilty. The lady's at the front desk more wore worried about what her and her husband were going to go for dinner then to help someone in need. All of them on phones while I sat there for 40 min to be told there wasnt enough time to see me got there at 420 told me at 458 they cant see me today. Place is a joke I will be contacting the state to have someone come check this corruption out.
Don't take anyone's word for it that your documentation will be put into your file without them doing it immediately right in front of you. Boy do they need an overhaul. Gut that office staff completely and start over.
This place is absolutely amazing. Everyone is respectful of others. Unlike Macomb County where they treat people like they are bothering them.
i usually don't have to many issues, however the process of trying to get benefits/help is a long arduous process that is in no way helpful when your already struggling. there system makes no sense half the time, and like i already said its a long painful process of trying to get help.
