Great customer service
I had insurance through the state. For the first time I went over the amount you're allowed to make in a year and forgot to report it as it had never happened before. They took my insurance away. So I called and let them know I had already lost that job. They mailed out something to have my former employer fill out. I told them ihadno way to get a hold of them . Another state ran program that doesn't look into frud as there funding will be cut if they do so DHS is well of aware of frud and does nothing about people complaints as they will lose funding as well. This hole system is nothing but a frud. Your only a number to that department as the state gives them alot more funding per family but u only get a percentage because they keep the rest to fun there scamming business.
You need to update your hours like yesterday. Just called before 3 an your already closed. For being the company you are youd think your hours would be correct 😑
