Quiet place to live, easy access to all roads. Would recommend!
Great quiet place to live. Close to many locations, parks (Kuser Park) and schools.
It was an ok place to live, units are on the smaller side which is good for a single person. A lot of the structure was old and outdated but they were working on individual units to renovate them when I was living here. Some of the neighbors were annoying so I disconnected my doorbell to avoid being woken up for a cigarette in the middle of the night. I never met the actual owners, I mailed my rent to a PO Box in Lakewood every month.
