Really disappointed with pricing- I took my car to get an MOT test in while they failed me and mentioned that they would need to do a further investigation to get a quote to understand the issues, which I don’t understand why this wasn’t covered in the initial MOT, I turned up and although the staff were very nice they gave me a new quote of 1.3k and still gave a very vague explanation of why it cost that much. Really positive experience here today for my MOT. Great friendly staff and fast, efficient and helpful with sound additional advice for questions I had.
Please do not go here especially if you are a woman. I’ve been going here for four years and have given them the benefit of the doubt as they’re a local business. But They charge you ridiculous prices and they always mess something up it’s just not worth it. They wanted to charge me three hours of labour for my horn to be changed saying they needed to take the entire front bumper off. I told them they didn’t need to as you can change the horn from underneath. They clearly weren’t expecting a woman to know this and stuttered ... read more
A very late review as this was around a year ago. I noticed my radiator coolant was low and was worried of a leak, called them up and they said to bring it in for a look. They did some checks and topped it up with no charge. I was very appreciative of the helpful service I received and they've always been fair on MOT checks. Great and most importantly HONEST service with fair prices, especially when I had my CAM belt and water pump replaced. Would highly recommend!
