Great experience with Shannon and his crew! Jeremy and his helper( sorry I don't remember your name) were very skilled at repairing my deck! Very personable and detailed in their work. We recently had a huge project, with a tight timeline to get it done before my son's graduation party. We had reached out to other companies, none said they could meet the timeline (around 8 weeks when we started). Shannon (contractor) came in with a positive outlook and promised it would be done. Took them FOUR weeks. Entire kitchen gut, new cabinets, flooring, walls, paint, electrical, plumbing to add the much needed dishwasher and garbage disposal. They did a nice job on the build and I was told I had a 5yr warranty. When my gutter was leaking, I contacted Shannon back in Dec. He was quick to reply. Then I hadn't heard from him to set up a date, I texted him again. He said he was busy but would come by the following week. He never showed up. It's now Feb. I decided he was not good on honoring his warranty and contracted another company. All I needed were roof guards, easy fix. I let Shannon no but he has ghosted me.
