I’d give 0 if I could. Ive been dealing with the Y for me and my family for years! This is the only location I’ve had an issue with. Signed my son up for basketball never received a schedule mind you it’s less than a week away. Just paid $150 to do the membership and get him in basketball. Canceled and was told I’d get the $75 back at least. I had a prior balance from 4/5 years ago at another location so they only refunded me back $31! This has been the most frustrating volleyball session for my daughter. The schedules are not sent out in a timely manner and the new refs are terribly undertrained causing a lot of problems. They also refuse to lift the basketball hoops for vball games which makes it very hard for the kids to serve and play the whole court. Very disappointing!!!
