Where do I even start… The Executive of this ymca is the worst boss you could ever ask for. She acts like she cares about her employees but that couldn’t be further from the truth… The only thing she truly cares about is the budget, which is fair it is her job. The problem is she will step on whoever or do whatever it takes to achieve this goal. This includes treating her employees like garbage. I’d give 0 if I could. Ive been dealing with the Y for me and my family for years! This is the only location I’ve had an issue with. Signed my son up for basketball never received a schedule mind you it’s less than a week away. Just paid $150 to do the membership and get him in basketball. Canceled and was told I’d get the $75 back at least. I had a prior balance from 4/5 years ago at another location so they only refunded me back $31!
