Walked in off the street to ask for my poorly fitting glasses to be adjusted while here in New Orleans. The lovely person at reception did immediately and at no charge. Amazing, friendly service. Thank you so much!
Never received a call that my glasses have been ready. Was made aware by checking online. Arrive to office on Friday to see they are closed and will not open until Tuesday. I will no longer use this location ever again. Very unprofessional 0 communication.
