Very disappointing!! I was surprised at how unprepared they were as a group. The supporting staff to the Doctor has been the most disappointing. I had my exam and ordered glass on June 27 it is now July 30th and I can't seem to get any answers to where my new glasses are. Sometimes telling the truth goes further than a lie.
Everything was great and everyone was friendly. From the front desk, to my Doctors appointment then to sales it was seamless and the service was great. They had me out in about 40 mins, which I appreciated. I saw Glenda for sales and Dr. Hood. I didn’t catch the front desk girls name but she was awesome too.

Great and fast service, Dr. Cook and her assistant were the best help I’ve ever received at an eye dr before. Would definitely recommend going here
