Began with us being questioned about why we were there and being asked dogs symptoms before we were even allowed in the door. They make you pay up front for office visit as if you're gonna stiff them. After they gave me the full estimate I agreed and told them I was going to go to store to get a drink while they worked on him. They said I had to pay new bill before I could leave, even though they had my dog. That's weird. What? Am I gonna abandon my dog there and not pay for services when I could have just left with my dog... read more

Dr Jamie Nenezian is the worst vet I’ve ever met in my life. I own a 501c3 nonprofit animal rescue and sanctuary in Plant City, Fl and have dealt with many different vets for domestic and exotic animals. She takes the cake for worst and most unethical. Report her to the Fl Dept. of Business and Professional Regulation. I only went to her faculty because it was a weekend and my regular vet didn’t have an opening. It wasn’t because my animal had any observable physical injuries. He was just sick so I wanted him to be seen. We... read more

My rabbit suddenly got very sick and they were the only emergency vet open at 3 am available to take in exotic pets. Despite having to pay $165 before anything was even done, the take in process was very easy and the woman working the front desk was extremely sweet but that was our last positive moment there. I brought my rabbit in because of suspected GI stasis/obstruction that had taken a very quick turn for the worse. My rabbit had only gone through triage to get his vitals taken and be stabilized - he was NOT examined - ... read more

Don’t take your pet here under any circumstances. Other clinics who recommend this place better cut ties with St Charles Vet Hospital. They are not accredited by the BBB, and this is because they have a horrible record of treating their clients poorly and their cost of services are falsely advertised. They do not follow up with providing their clients all the necessary documents which explain the potential findings/doctors notes/x-rays. St Charles Vet Hospital needs an investigation on their ethics. They treat people in the ... read more

At 2 am when my 15 yo chu-weenie had a seizure that resulted in partial paralysis and distress, we took her here knowing we'd have to euthanize. They could not have been better, kinder, or more professional. They made one of the most horrible nights bearable with how they treated our beloved Trinity and her passing. I am indebted to them. I needed empathy & honesty, and that is what I got.

we took our dog here for vomiting and nausea and they come out with a $1,300 bill just checking out to find out what's wrong with him! Seriously! Wow! It doesn't cost a human this much to go to the doctor for diarrhea and nausea! would love to know where the vets are that actually care about the dogs and not the money racket?
