I’ve been to urgent care and hospitals all over the country, and it’s rare to find staff who truly care. Here, the nurse, the phlebotomist, and my doctor were professional and genuinely attentive. They listened, explained things, and made me feel like my health mattered not just a number. This kind of care is rare and much appreciated!
Very nice staff but it took forever to get in even with an appt.
Leaving this review because I feel like people deserve to know what they might experience here. My husband and I each had to make a visit here within a couple weeks of one another. We both just received our bills (as they do not take payment at time or service). Each visit was simple in nature (no x-ray, stitches, etc) and the billing was 500.00 for each of us. Five hundred dollars for a visit to Urgent Care! This was for ten minutes of consultation on non-complex cases. This is beyond absurd. Had I the faintest idea this wo... read more
Update: They called me at 3:08 to make sure i had left. And were laughing while in the phone with me. Hella unprofessional. I see a regular doctor here, who honestly, is sub-par at best, but today really set me off. I am epileptic, diabetic, and had a fall at home that resulted in injuries to my feet, knees, elbow, shoulder, and most importantly, my head. Wait time was short, friendly front desk.really had a better experience then you are going to get in larger areas, where an ER visit is 8+ hours. I was in and out within 1.5 hours
