I have been here a few times with mixed results but now I am really upset about the billing and choices the doctors make here. My primary doctor sucks so I have to often seek urgent care treatment for my chronic illness. The wait times vary. I have been seen immediately and also waited 2 hours. I had a great experience with Casey Law, MD at urgent care in La Pine after a dirt bike accident. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my knee in a way that made sense. What stood out most was his empathy.
