Belle tire, which i bought my tires from had my tires "balanced" but way out of wack in my 21 tundra. Had crazy wobble/vibration in my wheel. The tech also showed me they sold me older tires. Took it here they showed me how bad they had them with weights(with a video, which is great) and the tech came out and talked to me. They did a road force test, not a standard one, on them and got them as good as they can and it drives smooth again. Fair price 80$ and within an hour and half. A quality place to get your car serviced. Sometimes mistakes are made but the staff and owner are committed to providing good service and take concerns and feedback seriously. I'm looking forward to seeing the improvements in our next visit.

Incompetent and scummy staff that try to take advantage of less knowledgeable people. They try to weasel out of warranties of products they sold and sell services that would be covered at a later service mileage.

Their maintenance always come with videos and explanation so it's helpful when deciding if you need extra service. I always come here for my maintenance as I didn't have a good experience with another Toyota dealership.
