Great service. All the tech's are super nice and professional.
Their maintenance always come with videos and explanation so it's helpful when deciding if you need extra service. I always come here for my maintenance as I didn't have a good experience with another Toyota dealership.
After a disappointing and frankly unsettling experience at the Toyota Service Center of Lincoln Park, I made the drive to Toyota of St. Charles, where I originally purchased my 2016 RAV4. This place is fine if you don’t mind spending thousands of dollars on labor costs alone. They will upsell you and trick you into buying things you don’t need. I swear they replace a $100 filter every time I go. The last time I went my key fab wasn’t working so I took it in and they said it wasn’t working because I needed a new battery, which had given me no problems up to that point. $400 later I leave with a new battery and my key fab still doesn’t work. I am updating a former five star review to say that this place still offers excellent service. Kristin was particularly helpful as we navigated a difficult warranty coverage approval situation. I arrived disgruntled with a tow truck after a botched "fix" by Elgin Toyota left me stranded in the 95 degree heat and was done with that place even if it meant I would pay out of pocket rather than use my warranty.
