I am updating a former five star review to say that this place still offers excellent service. Kristin was particularly helpful as we navigated a difficult warranty coverage approval situation. I arrived disgruntled with a tow truck after a botched "fix" by Elgin Toyota left me stranded in the 95 degree heat and was done with that place even if it meant I would pay out of pocket rather than use my warranty. I always got all my service from this dealership. Then i moved out of the area. I went to another oil change place and they told me that they could not remove the skid plate because 1 of the bolts could not be removed. Well Toyota of St Charles has done all of my service so they should have told me if there was a problem and they did not so it’s their fault for the problem. Disappointing

The workers in the service area are good at what they do. I love the vids that the mechanics make while my car is getting serviced. The waiting area will always have Property Brothers on the TV. Can't tell if it's a plus or a minus, but you'll watch it regardless.
