I have St Charles cabinets that were installed in my house by the previous owner. I contacted them for information on a replacement appliance garage. They were of absolutely no help. I understand that they are out of warranty and I am willing to pay for the cost of a replacement. They told me, "we only do total renovations." In effect they are saying, "we can't be bothered with support of our product," for people who have it previously installed. I would think twice before I spend the money for these cabinets.

The salesman Richard got snippy and put on ridiculous airs after I began inquiring about prices. "We only start at $250,000 and are doing a kitchen now for ONE MILLION DOLLARS," he sniffed, with obvious disdain that I would venture to ask. Ridiculous.
