Very good, took my Sentra in for an oil change and mentioned I had an issue with my trunk lid, they took it in for repair and gave me a rental on the spot. Greatly appreciated!!!
Beware of buying a Nissan product
I love working with Nissan. They are real people who care about others.
I had a strange problem with the door lock safety mechanism not working. I was so pleased with the way the service manager treated me and even the mechanic came out and explained what he had tried and we worked together to duplicate the problem and eventually got to the solution. Although it took much more than an hour I was not overcharged and I am so happy for that. This dealership has definitely earned my trust.
