Jim is a nice guy and was as helpful as can be but our mom passed away in July . We needed engraving and a picture of her that we ordered placed on her headstone and it still not done and we're in November. I'm very unhappy with the lack of consideration and I'm requesting my money back. That's totally unacceptable and I will find another place to do the work.

Before we lost our father, we found this place, they were very patient and helped us find the perfect way to express my parents with who they were and what our parents family values were. We are still very thankful we chose them to help us recognize our parents in their final resting place and help us create a place to remember them.

Called them to look at my dads head stone . Very friendly people. Would recomend them .

Amazing and beautiful products. Service is terrible. Spending thousands of dollars to remember a loved one that's lost is difficult so it isn't appreciated when there's rude service from the people who work there when calling for status and also no help in understanding why an order is late. Just saying they don't know why a footing is late isn't helpful. Thanks for being unhelpful.
