the service department at the St. Charles Hyundai dealership is a TOTAL JOKE. Made an appointment for service 4 days ago through chat on their website and was told a service advisor would contact me shortly to confirm my appointment. Have NEVER been contacted by an advisor since then. I call, leave voicemails and still NEVER receive any kind of response. When you call their service department, THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE.
