the service department at the St. Charles Hyundai dealership is a TOTAL JOKE. Made an appointment for service 4 days ago through chat on their website and was told a service advisor would contact me shortly to confirm my appointment. Have NEVER been contacted by an advisor since then. I call, leave voicemails and still NEVER receive any kind of response. When you call their service department, THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. Parts department was great, service department was difficult to work with. Left a lot of voicemail's and had to keep following up with scheduling. Difficulties scheduling and taking care of customer service on extended warranty and recalls versus caring about the customer. Saw many annoyed customers with the service department. Sad.
