Was bringing my daughter here for over a year. People talk down to you like you're a bad parent. Nobody at the front desk has any clue as to what is going on. No improvement with her condition what so ever. Seems as though the people running the show here like to project their own inadequacies onto you. They're licenses for this field should be taken from them.
Rob, the PT that did my evaluation today was great. Wealth of knowledge, and his explanations were insightful. He’s pleasant, friendly and takes time to listen and gives suggestions.
My husband was an impatient at St Charles physical therapy program. While the therapists were dedicated and very good, the inpatient program was dangerously substandard. My husband had spinal cord surgery, they placed a patient with mersa in his room. After they moved that patient, they placed an older man who had issues staying in his bed and would urinate on my husband. There are no words to express my gratitude! The therapist, doctors, and nurses are absolutely incredible. They are really doing the best they can! I cannot thank you enough for being part of my journey. God bless you all!
