I went to the er for a slash wound on my finger for sutures and waited in er for 2 and half hours. Finally got stitches and was done in the waiting room. Didnt even get taken back to a room and sent away and now getting hit with 1288 dollar faclity use charge for st charles. And also getting hit with a seperate charge for the doctor who stitched me of another 1288 dollars. By far one of the worst experiences I have ever had in my entire life.... First of all the place looks like it's never been remodeled since 1970... But it's mostly the fact that no one cared or listened to what my symptoms were and had no interest whatsoever in helping me outside of Just a quick blood test.
