I had a pleasant experience with all the staff that I interacted with during my visit to the ER yesterday evening. Originally visited urgent care but due to the extent of my abrasions from my bike crash, they referred me to the ER. I made it to the ER after a short drive and the staff was already expecting me. It was only a brief wait until I was taken care of. Everyone went over the top in terms of their care and the staff/doctors/nurses/techs all were compassionate and provided top-notch care. I give st Charles no 5 star my son has the flu and we’re still waiting in the waiting room for him to be seen bad service very bad service definitely not a kids hospital cuz if it was my son would all ready been in to be seen!!!
Very poor service, felt the last stitch. Now it's being very difficult to get proper paperwork for SAIF claim.
I was there for 5 hours today.. was one of the only people there when I arrived 3 hours later I saw a PA. He told me he would prescribe antibiotics and steroids.. I was brought back to the lobby and then grabbed for billing. After going through the billing process I was told all I was waiting on was my discharge paperwork. 2 hours later and still sitting there. So I left. I had an unfortunate experience in the emergency room last night I was writhing in pain after a miscarriage and I was Met with a nurse she was sweet at first after we opened up explaining in great detail how we just lost our baby boy, and why we were there she leaves and immidiatly proceeds to speak loudly about how I lost my baby and relays the message to the nurses station in graphic detail and dramatic format followed up with more stories about misccarraiges and other mothers experiences and "how sad it was".
