i just left and almost didn’t go here because of how many bad reviews there were. it was a busy night and there was a bit of a wait but everyone was sooooo nice here. i loved the check in ladies, the doctor, the ultrasound person and nurses. i had to write a review because it was just a very supportive experience. ty!
Yesterday, I went to this nice clean hospital that has 5star paramedics and Xray techs, but one star doctors and nurses. I suffered a bad soft tissue injury to my right hand. I was hoping it was broken so that I wouldn't need narcotics for my recovery and that i would have an easier recovery. My Xray showed a non healed schapoid fracture, osteoarthritis of the interphalangael joints, you saw the scar from the reconstructive surgery of my right fith metacarpal. Had an ER visit yesterday evening and expected to be there a while, even packed a bag with some necessities. To my surprise, I pulled into and out of the parking lot in just under one hour...complete with antibiotics in hand for seven days (after the hospital pharmacy was closed). Hats off to the entire ER team at St. Charles in Bend!
My son was taken such great care of here Saturday night when he needed stitches. The triage nurse calmed him down by explaining everything to expect and reassuring him that it would be okay, she really was above and beyond helpful and a truly caring empathetic person. The Dr was the same very patient and skilled, he as well reassured and explained everything to my son and made us all feel comfortable.
