So glad being misgendered for 3 hours straight fixed my anxiety's pseudo heart attacks!! Too bad I'll never know if that's what really was going on, because I couldn't take being called the wrong name and pronouns and ignored for multiple hours despite having cardiac symptoms and my gender identity listed in my chart!! I have had a brutal left leg pain for a week. Deep blooming hellish pain in the bone, it seemed. I went to ER at midnight, after days of no sleep. I was tested for DVT. All the staff, from the Dr,- Nathan Lynch, to Logan, Chandler, Natalie, Maya , the tall fellow-phlebotomist-(didn't see his name tag), the male nurse, again, no name tag I registered, curly hair, were wonderful . I had a pleasant experience with all the staff that I interacted with during my visit to the ER yesterday evening. Originally visited urgent care but due to the extent of my abrasions from my bike crash, they referred me to the ER. I made it to the ER after a short drive and the staff was already expecting me. It was only a brief wait until I was taken care of. Everyone went over the top in terms of their care and the staff/doctors/nurses/techs all were compassionate and provided top-notch care. I give st Charles no 5 star my son has the flu and we’re still waiting in the waiting room for him to be seen bad service very bad service definitely not a kids hospital cuz if it was my son would all ready been in to be seen!!!
Very poor service, felt the last stitch. Now it's being very difficult to get proper paperwork for SAIF claim.
