The sales staff is amazing from the salesman to the finance department. Traded in our bike for a trike. Everything went smoothly with the trade. And everyone was friendly and helpful. This is the second time we have bought from them. Will keep doing business with them.
I've purchased many bikes from here with no issues. But I have to say the service department needs some improvement. Took my trike in last week for an 8 hour handlebar upgrade. It's now a week later and I'm still waiting.

Matt in parts was absolutely amazing! He answered my questions secured a part for me and even made sure he had actual eyes and hands on it before I drove two hours to get it. Very professional and kind! Thank you!
