Love the ride and nice selection in their store.
The place was hopping, but customer service lacked genuine knowledge and/or a desire to help by offering assistance like we experienced in STL South County HD store. The salesperson seemed not to understand rewards or their products or even how to access my account.
My wife and I both bought new bikes this week and there is a reasone we "ALWAYS" buy our bikes, parts and do our service at St Charles Harley. The service and knowledge far exceeds any dealer, not only in this area for sure, but nationwide. Marshall, Rich, John and Mark and all the parts and service people go way beyond helpful everytime we are there. Thanks Brad for having the "Best Team" anywhere. Cindy and I are beyond happy with our purchase and the excellent service we are always given.
My long road trip on my Harley would have been cut short, but thanks to Craig we are able to complete it. It's amazing how a few minutes of assistance from a real professional becomes invaluable when your stranded due to a mechanical failure. Thanks again Craig!
