I am a contractor that has been using St. Charles Glass for the last 7 years. This was the last job that I will be using them on. They treated the homeowner with no respect and even went as far as telling him he knew nothing. I know the company is not usually like this but they need to really check who they hire and actually be held responsible for these actions. Beware of who comes to your house.
This place took over a month to schedule for a repair. They continued to call the day before the repair was scheduled, which gave no time to get off work. In the real world people actually need some kind of notice. They only tended to their schedule and not the customers. Finally when they did come, the repairman broke the window so they had a re-order it. Another week goes by. Not too mention one window pane on a small house window was \$270.00.
They fixed my broken mirror, in my house, quickly and professionally. They did a great job!
