Canceled my husband appointment with out knowing. He been waiting for knee replacement. In the card online still there. Keep change the Primary Dr and start over again. They doesn't care , only charged insurance for money. So disappointed he have been waiting and close to the date supposed to be there , they canceled it. And so sensitive crew customer service, God look at you.
BEWARE‼️ I chose to stay within Saint Charles health system because All of my records are there. It made sense to use the family care clinic here in La Pine because this is where I live. At that time the only one taking new patients was a Nurse practitioner. I was told she could do anything a Real Doctor could do. Unfortunately I agreed to use her as my primary care provider. For a while, there were some communication issues. However, they seem to have cleared up those issues. It's not very often that these large medical organizations make these types of noticeable changes. I never have to wait very long. I feel the care there is good, and they listen very well.
