My family & i have visited this facility multiple times. Mostly for follow up appointments. However recently we took advantage of urgent care & triage. Those unexpected visits due to unexpected health changes, definitely carry another level of anxiousness. Although this was the case. LaPine St Charles medical professionals & staff that greeted us, were so helpful in keeping us calm despite the situation. Very friendly and quick. This visit was a quick walk in visit. Fortunately that day it was was no waiting quiet day.
I’ve struggled for months… can’t say they listen. But I know I’m the lowest of the total pole. I can’t speak bad of them but I can’t say they care!!
