This contractor did a great job selling their organization and promptly forgot who we were and when they'd scheduled the job after cashing the check. Sent a subcontractor out 6 weeks late to start. There was water damage found around the chimney when the siding was removed. The subcontractor (K and M siding) never said a word about it. They replaced the rotted wood and covered it with siding.
