I was told by a nurse that I could stop by at anytime for a test. I came by the following morning after my night shift and waited 45 minutes for the clinic to open, to find out that I could not actually take the test at anytime and would have to schedule an appointment instead. Had a difficult time finding the place. I followed the directions verbatim and even showed it to hospital staff, word for word as I was told and no one had a clue where this is. Just a heads up, it’s right across from the old Jackson’s now Sunriver Brew in the hospital district, gps was not helpful. I was seen by Dr. Montana and I believe the nurse was Debbie, forgive me if I got your name wrong. Anyhow, both were exceptional. Loved the staff here during my pregnancy. I felt heard and supported as we navigated a few hurdles in those 10 months.
I was admitted to St Charles womens center this past weekend for a very unexpected complication with my pregnancy. I went in to be checked out, but my complaints were taken very seriously and I was worked up thoroughly. The nursing and provider team were both available, understanding, and kept me informed every step of the way.
