Dr. Yuan provided exceptional care during what was one of the most difficult experiences of my life. She was thorough, communicative, and personally reached out to me multiple times during my recovery. She approached my complex case with skill and genuine compassion. Despite a challenging recovery, I always felt I was in capable and caring hands. I am deeply grateful for her dedication and the thoughtfulness she brought to my care. I would recommend her without hesitation.
I was told by a nurse that I could stop by at anytime for a test. I came by the following morning after my night shift and waited 45 minutes for the clinic to open, to find out that I could not actually take the test at anytime and would have to schedule an appointment instead. Had a difficult time finding the place. I followed the directions verbatim and even showed it to hospital staff, word for word as I was told and no one had a clue where this is. Just a heads up, it’s right across from the old Jackson’s now Sunriver Brew in the hospital district, gps was not helpful. Loved the staff here during my pregnancy. I felt heard and supported as we navigated a few hurdles in those 10 months.
I was admitted to St Charles womens center this past weekend for a very unexpected complication with my pregnancy. I went in to be checked out, but my complaints were taken very seriously and I was worked up thoroughly. The nursing and provider team were both available, understanding, and kept me informed every step of the way.
