Great place Nothing but great things to say about this hospital. They have a great staff that takes great care of their patients. I have had relatives in this facility and they went above and beyond in the care given. If I get sick I would be happy to be at this hospital.
St. Charles has become nothing more than a for profit organization. The doctors, nurses, and all medical staff are fine - I have no complaints about them. However, the idea that these facilities are "patient centered" is a joke. What it really means is they downsized and do everything centralized - billing, appointments, etc. I can't even speak to my health care provider on the phone. If I want to make an appointment, I call the Prineville phone number and get sent to centralized scheduling in Bend, then from there they... read more
Left me im pain. Dr Tien unavailable. Pa tried but unavailable for calls. Phone tree that leaves you hanging for weeks. This is not health care. It's health avoidance. Look for other options.
