I have been to many different counselors and therapists but this place tops them all. I Love Jessica and hear wonderful things about the others there. She is attentive, relatable, and always seems to know exactly what I am trying to say. Also the only counselor to give me realistic exercises and things to try to improve myself and relationships. I really feel like she actually cares and I’m not just another trauma dumping client ranting on and on about my feelings. So happy to have found this place
Mirlinda is a great therapist. She holds me accountable and gives me the kind of advice I need, even if it’s not easy for me to digest. She pushes me to be uncomfortable (in the best way) to make sure that I live the life I want to and deserve. She has helped me take back control of how I respond to my emotions. I feel like I can handle any challenge that comes my way because of her. I finally feel at peace.
