Lovely service from Kay at Reception this morning - helpful and kind with a very pleasant manner.
Very unhelpful.. You can only access appointment bookings online and fill out a form.. These fill up by 8:30 every day. Rang to ask for a routine appointment but told must use form..!! At a loss to know how you get to see a doctor here even though I’ve been registered with them 50 odd years.. the last time I saw my Doctor was 2 years ago for an HGV medical. He was very keen to take my £120 and even came in at 7:30 for the extra cash.. Just about sums it up..!!
