Brilliant staff lady I seen was really helpful had an infection she give me antibiotics really helped me i would definitely recommend this walk in centre
I and my two children at different times was there, nothing was given to us, they said they couldn’t do anything for us and when I visited I was in serious pain , can’t walk properly.
I went in 13/11/2025 The older woman on the desk was very rude she kept telling me I was next. She was giggling when I walked away 3 different occasions She's a very unprofessional in my opinion....
I waited 3 and a half hours to see the doctor this morning in St Chads clinic. I’ve got a really bad sort throat and I’ve been loosing my voice a lot. But that nurse Debbie didn’t give me anything for it. I’m worried about my voice. I will never attend this Kirkby walk in centre again due to the time I waited there and I never got the right medication I need to get myself better. Theo is the first and last time that I will be attending here.
