Avoid at all costs We paid a deposit for our son’s room but he suddenly had to cancel his stay in Canada. We then tried to contact the person in charge to explain the situation. They did not even bother to answer any of my three emails in over two months. I find this behaviour extremely disrespectful and, to say the truth, unprofessional. I am very sorry that our son cannot go to Canada, but I am very happy that he does not have to stay in a place where people are treated in such a careless manner.
THE WORST RESIDENCE EVER The manager is so rude and curse on people.She doesn't do anything and is never there anyway and when we ask her about things in the residence her answer is "this is not my responsibility". She gets drunk at her place of work and smokes there too. I just had a fight with her and she cursed at me. Beside it is way too expensive for the small room and no respect from the manager.
