Disgraceful and disgusting customer service and 1st/2nd impressions...... sent an email 3.4.2025 regarding my father and moving from Mallard Court in Bridlington to here. Received a response from General Enquiries on the same day stating would be contacted by relevant department. Haven't heard a thing as of 15th April - you are playing with people's emotions and lives 💔💔💔😱😱😱.
Thank you so much to the staff here. They did a great job looking after my mum in the last few days, before she passed on A very welcome place for people in need of a hospice in the Scarborough area

Extremely dangerous driving, Boxer van. YX69UBN. Going through scalby, pulling out of junctions not giving way to ather cars, causing them to break hard .
