Poor medical treatment, non-existent communication, no patient updates and non-responsive management or staff. Awful nursing care. One nursing aide actually hit my family member. They have been reported.
Where to begin. The absolute WORST place to put a loved one. Will NEVER have someone go there and I'll be certain to tell people to stay away! Poor care, POOR follow up, no one gives a crap. My mother (in "1" instance) was NON RESPONSIVE for god knows how many hours before I got there and noone knew or did anything until I insisted she be brought to the ER. Someone gave her insulin when her levels were low and she had not eaten. They put her in a diabetic coma. TERRIBLE place.
