Take forever to answer the phone then they put you on hold forever one person says one thing and another says another train your staff a little better
Please hire new workers. These people don’t want to work here and I’ve heard so many complaints that you aren’t taking serious. They are rude, arrogant and very unprofessional. Each and every worker including the pharmacist.
These women are awfully rude. You can tell just how much they hate job. It's not my fault your life sucks.
It only took 5 months for this pharmacy to its downfall with me, but truly only took 5 minutes to never want to do business with them anymore. The staff is rude, arrogant, and aggressive!! They are naive an ignorant to computer systems and refuse to listen when I’ve actually worked with Epic Systems. It’s funny how THEY currently NOW have a TICKET open with their own IT department who acknowledged the issue. Okay, so… originally, I had to use this pharmacy only on an ‘as-need-basis,’ when the “bigger” pharmacies didn’t have what I needed, even with sufficient timing. I’ve now switched all of my medications to this location and it’s been a great decision. This pharmacy is so fantastic that it’s a shame they are inside a hospital that stinks! However, that is not to discredit the pharmacy as they do a fantastic job at everything.
